§ 1 - REGISTRATION:
All rules also apply to all other projects that are linked direktly to the main page. Registration and membership is free of charge for our members. By registration all members receive newsletters and posted confirmation mails. Each user can specify if he wants more than 3 mails a day. By logging in all rules and conditions are accepted by each user. We reserve the right to refuse an application without giving any reason and to delete the opened account.

§ 2. - CANCELLATIONS:
For terminating your account please use our contact form. We will immediately delete your data irrevocably. Existing credit expire. We would like to point out that for administrative reasons is not possible to sign up again. Your login information will be automatically locked by the system for a new application.

§ 3. - LIABILITY:
For contents of all booked advertising the client or the respective members is personally responsibles and liables. Every user/member has to check if his websites are in law and are equivalent to our rules. We distance ourselves expressly from all contents and external links of advertising bookings.

§ 4. - ADVERTISING RESTRICTIONS:
It is strictly forbidden to advertise following website contents:
· criminal / xenophobic / religious / immoral content contained
· contain the law disregarding content
· for banner / links... that lead to sites with illegal content
· Spam or sites with virus
· to have more than 1 popup / Popdown or Layer
· automaticaly dialer or install software options
In that case we terminate the account - credits expire. We also reserve the right to further legal action. We reserves in questionable cases: analysis of competition to the site immediately, prior to the shipment and a replacement or activation of the promoted URL for already booked advertisements. Please assign and mark your websites to the eqal contents.

§ 5. - USE & AVAILABILITY:
Our provider does not guarantee the proper operation at any time, nor the continuous utility and availability of this online service. Use at your own risk and peril. The risk of loss of members action such as downloading files, dialers... and any financial loss will be borne by the member himself. For unforeseen circumstances, we assume no liability.

§ 6. - ACTIVITY:
Each user and each IP may be registered only once. After breaking the rules your account and all points will be deleted. If your referral is terminated, your referral credits do not fall into this case. At click rates below 70%, we reject any advertising bookings. This will only be released again when the click rate is about 70%. We reserve the right to members / users to a clickrate of less than 50% to terminate the acount without warnings.
Your start credits are unique. No new sign up after erasing your account possible.

§ 7. - BUYING AND ADVERTISING:
If you are purchasing advertising we are obliged to provide the service. Each money transfer has to state name, user-id and payment due. The member only gets money back if we can not service. Money will be refunded minus booking fees. No valid contract of sale by buying advertising forms.

§ 8. - CANCELATION AND CHANGES:
Each user can be deleted without explanation - all credits will be lost. Rules and conditions can be changed without posting. Each user has to look for changes of rules and condition himself. Our service can be disconected or taken off at any time.

§ 9. - AUTOMATIC CLEANING:
Members who do not log in for a long time or confirm no e-mails, get a reminder to stay active. If the user remains inactive, the account will be terminated by our system automatically. All credits get lost.

§ 10. - SYSTEM CHANGES:
The provider can make changes to the system without posting. (credits, prices...)

§ 11. - NO SPAM:
Referring new members through SPAM is strictly forbidden. Do not send e-mails to persons who you are not allowed to. This applies also for advertising in forums, newsgroups, chat rooms.. where this is not encouraged. The member take personal responsibility in all coststhis will costs and the membership will be terminated immediately. The referring in outer advertising systems is allowed. We do not tolerate spam in our internal area and don't send spam mails. We will erease each spamers account immediately.

§ 12. - PROMOTION PAGES:
It is not allowed to change pages who are approved. All changed contents have to be approved again. Do not change any part of links or make redirects.

§ 13. - VIP OPTIONS:
Payments of VIP options must be asked by using Contact. The lower limit is generally 10 US$. Payout e-currency will be defined for each payout. No bank transfer.
Monthly credit allocations will generally be booked at the beginning of each month. respectively. If you do not reserve credits please contact us at least to the 15th of each month. Unclaimed credits expire. VIP rates can be changed any time.

§ 14. - MANIPULATION AND FRAUD TRIALS:
Manipulation in our system or fakes will terminate accounts immediately. The same applies to unauthorized copying of the source codes also on our partner websites, subdomains, and all advertising pages. Userpages with suspected viruses will not be enabled.

§ 15. - SEVERABILITY:
If parts of present terms as defined by Austria or EU law become invalid, all other parts still are in use.
