TERMS CONDITIONS AND FOLLOWING RULES ARE IN USE:

Each member has to fill in correct details. Requests of legetimation can be requested. The membership is lifetime and can be terminated without giving reasons. Minimum age of each Member is 18. Paidmails and newsletters must be confirmed personally. We point out that traffic can be increased over the maximum of your provider by using our system. It depends on each member to stop at the border of the limit. All terms rules and conditions are applyed in german and english. Each member undertakes to read carefully from time to time the termes, rules and regulations. The operator is not obliged to announce any changes.

§ 02 - AVAILABILITY:
Wir take no guarantee of continued availability of this service. We reserve the rights to discontinue, to change the terms and conditions and to go offline anytime without giving reasons and making withdraws. The decision is final.

§ 03 - DISCLAIMBER:
We accept liability for any damage. Errorfree functionality is not guaranteed. We draw attention to virus and adware of the promoted pages and dissociate ourselves from any damage claim. For no agreement terminate the account is to terminate immediatly.

§ 04 - WEBSITES AND RULES:
False linked banners will be deleted without warning. Credits expire. The same applies to non-working sides. 40 pages be advertised. Duplicates of pages and URL's are not allowed. Maximum 1 pop right on the page. Pages that are not properly labeled with pop up will be deleted. Rotators are generally prohibited. Charmlink pages only on Click4Credits and Click4Win. POPUPS TO OPEN ITS OWN PAGE and FRAME CRUSHERS are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

§ 05 - WROND SIDE REPORTS:
For organizational reasons we depart credits from your account for each incorrectly reported page. Especially with ever returning false POPUPS -at least 1.000 credits will be deducted. Accounts with virus messages are deleted without warning. Credits expire.

§ 06 - ENTRIES AND PERSONAL DATA:
Each user may only be registered in one account. Your e-mail address must be functionaly. No autoresponder on your e-mail account. We erase all acounts with automatically answer. All credits will be lost. Only one account per IP & household. Double registrations will be deleted and your IP will be blocked for further use. The project will be conducted in english and german. Information and entries must be made accurate, complete and correct. Particulary name and address must be complete and correct. All accounts with knowingly wrong data or incompleted entrys will be deleted.
Data changes or updates must be carried out promptly in the members area.
If you delete your account, it is not possible to sign up again. Your IP will blocked automatically by the system.
Multiple entries of the same advertising page and user will be deleted without comment. The credits expire.

§ 07 - PAID4 AREA:
A payment may only be requested for mail clickrates of at least 80%. The transfers of assets is ranked in chronological order and only if excess revenue from advertising are available.

§ 08 - BONUS PARTNER:
If you delete or unsubscribe from our bonus partners, report it immediately by PM or contact form. All or a part of the withdrawn credits will be deducted. If you are more than 3 months inactiv, we feel free to book credits or parts of it back. If there is no message of deleting from our bonus partners it is rated as fake and your account will be suspended.

§ 09 - TOP PARTNER:
Top partner without back link are deleted immediately. IP & E-mail address blocked. Put your bachlink or banner to the mainpage where it is easily visible. We encourage you to link to your referral adress.

§ 10 - STATUORY PROVISIONS:
Please note that web pages from Austria & Germany can only be published with imprint. The same applies to promotion pages with other countries or surfixx codes if the domicile or headquarter of the operator ist in germany or austria. We do not control the promotion pages for imprints. So it is the turn of each user to promote only sides which have there imprint correctly.

NO HARDCORE SITES. EROTIC WEBSIDES HAVE TO BE MARKED IN THE LOGIN AREA. EBAY PAGES ARE PROHIBITED..

LINKS (REDIRECTS) WHICH DO NOT REFER THE ORIGINAL URL MAY NOT BE REGISTERED. DO NOT CHANGE THE WEBSITES AFTER THEY ARE ACTIVATED.
ALL PROMOTION SIDES WHICH DISTURB OUR SYSTEM WILL BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY.

THE SALE OF CREDITS IS PERMITTED.
